Can employers make you pick up your paycheck at a location you don't work?

I work for a company in Kansas that has four locations. They have just started a new policy that says all employees must pick up their location from one site, instead of getting their paychecks from the location they work at. Is this legal? I have never worked for a business that made you go to a location you didn't work at in order to pick up your check.

It's a bit odd no doubt, and certainly puts a burden on the employees who now have to find the time (and the gas money) to drive to the business office to pick up a paycheck.

I looked at the Kansas Depart of Labor site and no where did I see anything spelling out your specific situation...why don't you call them and ask? Here's the link to the directory:
