What is my holiday entitlement while whilst on maternity leave?

Before i went onto maternity leave my holiday entitlement was 219 hours paid holiday a year i had only taken 48 hours. I was then made redundant only 7 weeks into maternity leave they have carried on paying me maternity leave weekly and now its come to the end they have only paid me £400 holiday pay but i beleive that i should have 219 hours divided by 52 weeks = 4.2 then multiplied by 39 weeks leave = 163.8 then multiplied by my hourly rate of 7.56 = £1238

Does anyone know what my entitlement should be and if ive worked this out correctly?

I agree - try Citizens Advise Bureau ...

Since they paid you something, they plainly know you are entitled ... the only reason I can think of for them not to pay the full amount is if your 'holiday year' expired during your leave (most places 'reset' entitlement at the end of the year, i.e. do not allow 'carry forward' - and HR/Wages may have applied this 'rule')
