What's a good job for a college student? and where to apply?

I really need help on getting a job, I'm starting to get desperate. =( I tried applying on bank teller jobs but they always tell me that they moved forward with other candidates, I want a clerical or administrative work specially in business, finance institutions or on a legal office.
But I am open with new ideas as long as it doesnt involve selling clothes or food! Been there done that, I want a good productive job. And if you can let me know where to apply, they always say on websites that a good job will be Donald Trump's assistant well its not like I would be that person, I want a realistic answer preferable from your own experience.
