....i clocked in on the 15th but i didnt even work cause i got fired right after i clocked in, so would that be concidered the last day i worked or would it be on the 14th??

By "worked" they mean get paid. If you were not paid for the 15th, then your last day of work was the 14th. |

The 19th you clocked in good enough, or just call the unemployment office, if you dont want to call them then put the 19th. |
