Having trouble making a resume...?

I'm 18 a Junior in highschool. I've never had a job before, and there's only a few things I think I could actually put in my resume.

+ I know Spanish. It's my first language, but I've neglected it since the second grade. I can understand people pretty easily, WRITING in spanish is a bit difficult for my. Last year I passed my Spanish 4 class. I can speak very fluently when I get into it though.

+ I'm a literary person, I like to read and I like writing assignments.

+ I'm dual enrolled in HIghschool/College classes.

+ I score high on PSAT's (I got the highest in my class last year), and usually get high test scores.

+ I was in JROTC for 2 years straight, and I was in a leadership role (but I willing shy-ed away from it, 'cause I'm lazy.)

- I usually get bad grades (I'm an insomniac, and I'm lazy.) Last semester I failed 2 our of my 3 college classes. This semester I failed 1 out of 3.

- I'm not good at math (mostly because of my laziness.) If I practice I can learn very easily though.

I'm trying to grow up. I don't want to be lazy anymore (I'm working on it, going pretty good so far.) But, I'm having trouble thinking of how to word my resume (I don't want to lie).

Is it true that you can just omit from your resume whatever doesn't apply to a specific job? Any help, I'd seriously appreciate any help at all.

Only put these ones:

- conversational in Spanish

- your education

- what is JROTC? If that's some sort of an activity, fine you can put that too.

The rest on your list is irrelevant.

As for omitting stuff from your resume, worry about that once you have a lot of work experience. This really applies more to career-minded individuals. But if you really must know, it is advisable to only mention previous jobs and skills that are relevant to a specific job you're applying for. For example, if you're going for an Engineering job and you have about only 5 months experience in your last Engineering job, but then earlier than that you worked at Mcdonalds. You don't need to mention your time at McDonalds, just put down your engineering experience even if it's only a short time.

Hope this helps buddy.
