Team Member - Customer Service - Houston,TX: Stryker
Team Member - Customer Service - Houston,TXJOB DESCRIPTION: The representative will receive and process orders.
Prepare, ship, receive and schedule/expedite delivery of products and systems.
Prepare and secure approval on required documentation.
Perform inventory control functions and participate in audit of products.
Maintain knowledge of products, releases, pricing and promotions.
Provide support to Branch and Operations Managers.
Support Accounts Receivable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Telephone coverage.
Sales Order entry, order accuracy.
Process customer returns.
Accounts receivable contracts administration and maintenance.
Customer service filing, organization (Five Pillars if applicable.
Order office supplies and stock maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year customer service experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate phone skills; ability to maintain composure in a stressful situation.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate accuracy in data entry and report generation.
Knowledge of Stryker Orthopaedics products and customer preferred.
