Sr. Office Administrator

In this position you will support the SIP service organization and perform varied administrative duties including approving service reports for invoicing; setting up and maintaining customer files; receive, screen and refer phone calls; resolve frequent routine administrative situations; establish and maintain accurate records, filing and follow up system in accordance with the needs of the office; may modify existing department administrative procedures to facilitate work flow; independently anticipate the administrative requirements and perform various other related duties as assigned.
Position includes ability to provide support for correspondence concerning installation coordination for SIP customers.
Prepare routine correspondence, management reports and other related material.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings and teleconferences.
Independently anticipate the administrative requirements to relieve Manager of some of those duties.
This position typically requires 7 years experience in a customer service, sales, office administration or related area; must have exceptional computer skills, including MS Office; excellent organizational skills; ability to work with minimal direction; a self-starter with the ability to work effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees, management and customers; excellent phone skills; exceptional customer service skills; and must be comfortable conversing about product, procedures and operations; experience with SAP a plus.
