Sales Bid Coordinator
Help us sell! Need PowerPoint Pro! Job Summary This position works closely with our Vice President, Corporate Development, to prepare strategic proposals and presentations for current and potential clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Be able to graphically represent SYNNEX' business model and service offerings.
30% Becomes familiar with supply chain industry dynamics and forces.
10% Prepares timely responses to all Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes, bids and proposals 30% Updates Corporate master presentation 5% Develops and organizes cataloging system for art work, presentations, bids so they can be reused 5% Communicates across various internal departments to obtain pertinent information required for proposals 10% Works under tight deadlines (which sometimes require longer than normal hours) 10% Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience Marketing or Business concentration preferred 1-2 years relevant experience Strong written communication skills Strong visual presentation skills Strong computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel General understanding of financial numbers and principles Detail oriented & Creative
