JOB TITLE: Receptionist DEPARTMENT: General Office REPORTS TO: Office Manager POSITION SCOPE First point in contact for all visitors, provide general administrative support while operating busy telephone switchboard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and direct all visitors to correct destination Distribute applications to walk-in applicants Answer and transfer all incoming calls by operating switchboard Receive and distribute all incoming mail, packages and deliveries Prepare and send out all Fed-Ex packages Order and maintain office supplies Assist Leadership team by typing letters Data entry into Excel Responsible for administration of all new hire security ID badges Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1 to 2 years front desk reception experience Pleasant, upbeat attitude with high energy level Professional phone demeanor and appearance Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual/Spanish a plus Education: Some college preferred Computer Knowledge Requirements: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required Powerpoint preferred 30 wpm typing speed required Our employees enjoy a casual, yet results-oriented environment where we value creativity, teamwork and innovation.
