Currently we have an excellent opportunity available for a Receptionist on our executive floor in our New York headquarters.
The receptionist will answer a busy switchboard providing information about the company and directing callers to the appropriate departments and individuals.
Will greet and announce visitors and assist with general administrative duties.
Candidates must be articulate with a strong professional presence and attitude.
Prior office or customer service experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,and Outlook preferred.
