Ketchum, a worldwide PR firm located in downtown DC is looking for a top-notch receptionist with at least 1 year of experience working in a corporate environment.

Our ideal candidate is poised, professional and dependable.

Should be able to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure and be personable.

Candidate must be comfortable with MS Office on Windows.

Responsibilities: Professionally administer all incoming calls Ensure phone calls are directed accordingly Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, and turning off lights) Type memos, correspondents, reports, and other documents Perform a variety of clerical duties Requirements: Excellent phone etiquette Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be customer service driven Must have the ability to multi-task Must have professional appearance High school diploma or GED Must have a minimum of one year customer service/office experience Ketchum offers a competitive salary and a lucrative benefits package to include medical, delta dental, a vision plan, Life & AD & D, LTD, Supplemental Life, a 401k plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and an EAP program.
