Practice Support / Litigation Support Consultant - Washington, D.C.

PBLS currently has an opportunity for an experienced Practice Support / Litigation SupportConsultant.
This is a high visibility, client-intensive role that will be responsible for consulting on complex litigation discovery projects involving large-scale electronic document production, discovery, and management.
This position will be locatedin our Washington, DCmarket.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as liaison between firm’s litigation practice group, IT and litigation support staff, other document-intensive practice groups and on-site document service center Communicate with clients and production staff with regard to project expectations and timelines Develop and implement litigation-related workflow best practices and standard operating procedures Coordinate PB vendors providing services such as electronic discovery processing, paper document coding and scanning, forensic collection/analysis and web-hosted data repositories Partner with firm’s litigation support staff to provide ongoing training, guidance, and support on Litigation Support tools and strategies Serve as a litigation support resource for firm and on-site document service center Train existing on-site staff on legal workflow PBLS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including Medical, Dental, Time Off with Pay, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, and much more.

Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience within Practice/Litigation Support College degree required Extensive understanding and implementation of litigation database management systems and Image viewers/processing systems Demonstrated experience managing the function of electronic data processing for document production, discovery and document management.
Proven knowledge and understanding of the design, set up, tracking, day-to-day management, delivery and quality of scanning, coding, printing, electronic discovery and trial presentation services Excellent client service, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
