Part Time Receptionist And Clerical Assistant
Full Time Receptionist and Clerical Assistant Penn Toyota is searching for a polished individual to fill our full time Receptionist position.
Although, your primary function is reception, the ideal candidate should be able to perform basic clerical duties, as well, such as filing, faxing, mailing, and confirming and rescheduling appointments.
You should expect heavy phone lines and be able to perform with little supervision, if necessary.
You will also be making outgoing calls to current and prospective clients, as necessary and when directed.
The candidate will also be meeting, greeting, and directing clientele to the appropriate departments and/or personnel.
The candidate should be able to function in a fast paced environment, be mature,responsible and reliable.
This position also offers an excellent opportunity for growth.
Hours will be 40+ per week and health benefits are available after 90 days as well as paid vacation after one year.
