Part -Time Customer Service Representative

Part-Time Customer Service Representative JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate will provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer inquiries.
Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
Provide timely feedback to companies regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Partner with the Sales force to meet and exceed customer's expectations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: To qualify, you will have a High School Diploma with at least 3 years of customer service experience with the ability to work Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Bachelor's degree a plus.
Strong customer orientation.
Spanish speaker a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications or similar programs.
