Neutrogena Part-Time Skincare Advisor
Neutrogena Part-Time Skincare Advisor Part-Time Position- Skincare and Cosmetics We have an exciting opportunity for a sales driven, service-oriented, enthusiastic Part-Time Skincare Advisor at a Neutrogena Skincare Center located at Westfield Topanga Mall in the Canoga Park/Woodland Hills area.
You must be able to work a flexible workweek (approximately 14-25 hours/week).
You must be committed to continuously provide outstanding service by creating an environment that is focused on providing an experience that exceeds customer expectations.
You must establish and maintain superior professional standards in the areas of sales, product knowledge, customer consultation and merchandising.
You must demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of Neutrogena.
To qualify, you'll need: - A minimum of 2 years of retail experience with a proven track record in sales and/or excellent customer service - Be a self-starter who takes initiative and uses good judgment in all situations - Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in a team environment - Present a professional image and appearance, action and words - A willingness and ability to work flexible hours; evenings, weekdays, weekends, holidays, peak selling periods, promotions, etc. - To be proficient in MS Word - Previous experience in cosmetic sales preferred Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Maintain personal sales and achieve team sales goals - Help customers select and purchase merchandise through consultation - Ensure an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times - Effectively communicate detailed product information to our customers - Able to work well as a team player - Clean counters & testers, take inventory of new stock, merchandise shelves - Ensure all actions adhere to corporate policy - Perform other duties as assigned or required by Manager We offer an excellent pay rate, incentive/bonus package.
