Las Vegas Part-Time Customer Service Associate
Las Vegas Part-Time Customer Service Associate Provides superior service by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Satisfies customer needs, as defined by the Grainger Service Promise, through a variety of service channels.
- Builds strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention.
- Assists customers in the selection of product from the Grainger Catalog, as well as, other resources.
- Resolves pricing situations encountered during customer transactions using current sales policies.
- Replenishes counter displays, while maintaining a professional appearance and inventory accuracy.
- Applies credit and pricing procedures to meet customer expectations while minimizing financial risk for the organization.
- Refers customers to other internal/external resources when the need arises.
- Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision within specified time frames.
- Able to operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Has an understanding of our primary product offering and service capabilities.
- Able to identify problems and offer alternative solutions and/or courses of action based on available resources.
- Demonstrates dependable, on-time performance.
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
- Able to operate power equipment including forklifts, pallet-jacks, and handcarts.
- Demonstrates a commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Conveys information clearly and concisely.
- Professional in appearance, attitude and action.
Has daily impact on customer relationships by providing superior customer service and operational excellence.
Influences decisions by sharing vital information from customers with the organization.
