Las Vegas Customer Service Manager
Las Vegas Customer Service Manager As Customer Service Manager, you'll work with the Branch Manager to run the day-to-day operations.
That may include customer service, staff management, process management, systems management, inventory management, merchandising and sales.
Every day will bring new challenges.
In a typical day, you may stock shelves, coach a staff member and address complex customer and inventory issues.
You will be the recognized leader, set the example, facilitate growth in your staff, empower your team to give customers outstanding service, provide hands-on support when necessary and have the "everything is in my job description??? approach.
* To qualify, you must have demonstrated success leading and growing a multi-million dollar operation within a corporate structure.
* Prior management experience in a retail environment.
* Proven skills in strategic market planning, business case development, project management, and good technological aptitude.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
