Entry Level - Customer Service Associate/Driver

PBGS provides administrative and support services to various government agenciesby focusing on solutions through technology, processes and people.
What exactly are our business services? In short, we handle the administrative responsibilities of government agencies - managing an agency's mail and distribution center, running a copy center, delivering faxes, providing secretarial support, ordering and stocking supplies, and more.
PBGS also offers other business solutions, including high-volume print and production mail, records management, desktop publishing, electronic documents, and business recovery services.

Key responsibilities may include: ·Operates various types of contractor-furnished vehicles ·Picks up and delivers time-sensitive packages ·Handles sensitive documents in accordance with established policies and procedures ·Maintains driver logs ·Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages ·Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude ·Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment ·Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines ·Take direction from supervisor or site manager ·Participate in cross-training ·Adhere to all safety procedures ·Perform other tasks as assigned PBGS provides on-the-job training and structured training classes.

Qualifications PBGS is currently seeking full timeDrivers who are career-minded, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
A minimum of one year related experience is required.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: ·High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred ·Minimum of oneyear experience working as a driver required ·Minimum of one experience in a mail center environment required ·Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record ·Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment ·Ability to meet employer's attendance policy ·Ability towork overtime as needed is required ·Heavy lifting and manuevering items ·Standing for long periods of time ·Significant walking ·Willingness to submit to a full background investigation ·Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
