A.RC International Concepts, Inc., is an independently owned marketing firm in Northern Virginia, and is currently seeking team players for our management training program.
Due to great success with our sports and entertainment clients, we are experiencing unprecedented growth.
Within the past five years, we have expanded into many cities and are now looking to open 20 new offices in the next four years.
A.RC International Concepts, Inc. provides its clients with effective loyalty membership packages to assist them in achieving new and repeat customer acquisitions.
We work with a variety of clients in the hospitality and entertainment industries; including national restaurants, hotels, resorts, professional sports teams, and golf courses.
Due to the current economic climate, a large number of companies are taking advantage of our firm's strategic marketing methods.
We have entry-level openings available in our management training program.
Individuals will learn many disciplines and skills associated with integrated marketing; while working toward a senior management position.
Candidates must have the following: Great communication skills Professional image Goal orientated Work well in a high energy, fast paced environment Unbelievable attitude and work ethic Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team Ability to problem solve and "think on their feet" We will provide the following: Advancement based on performance, not seniority Proper training with an emphasis on management Upbeat, professional, and positive work environment Great support staff We also offer full benefits Openings are limited.
