Recruit, Hire, Train and Manage a District of In Store Specialists and Selling Specialists.
Market Connect Group is a premier service organization that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level.
We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants and stand alone retailers throughout the United States.
MCG is currently hiring a District Manager in the Northern California area.
Job Description -Recruit, Hire, Train and Manage a District of In Store Specialists and Selling Specialists that result in giving the Client Better Sales -Provide and interpret market intelligence from the field that will help our clients to dominate within their market -Performs Quality Assurance on Field Merchandisers within district by monitoring visits and post work completion -Service Stores within Territory based on MCG needs -Sets Motivating and Challenging Goals for all In Store Specialists and Selling Specialists.
Offers regular feedback and discusses progress or failures.
Create motivating and challenging incentives.
-Attends Client Training Seminars.
-Reports to Regional Manager Job Requirements A Successful District Manager will have the following qualifications: -3 Years of Management experience in Retail, Merchandising, or Field Marketing -College Degree or equivalent -Ability to Travel on a Regular Basis Overnights Required -A Self Starter, Well Organized and Goal Oriented -Able to Adapt to the changing Retail Environment -Outgoing Personality that can quickly Build Relationships with Team and Stores within District -Strong Computer Skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook -Home Office with Computer and Internet Access Job Benefits The District Manager position offers the following benefits: -Starting Salary- $40's -Company Car program, which includes a Car and Reimbursement of all its Expenses -Bonus Opportunity to earn a Percentage of your Annual Salary -All Travel and Entertainment Reimbursed along with all Business Expenses -Outstanding Benefits Package including Health and Dental insurance and 401K Retirement Funds Qualified Applicants should Email Resume (MS Word Format) to smithk [at] mcgconnect [dot] com To learn more about MCG, please visit our Website at www.mcgconnect.com
