Data Entry / Clerical
Data Entry / Clerical and general office work Growing distributor seeks data entry / clerical person.
This position is available due to growth of the company.
Diversified responsibilities include: Processing Sales Orders - this includes preparing sales invoices, obtaining export documentation when necessary, sending documentation to shipping, printing labels, etc. Entering information into computer.
Follow up to make sure orders were correctly sent out. Entering Accounts Payable into the system.
Issue reports and other related duties.
General Office Work - Filing, phones, etc. 1-6 years of office work experience is required.
Must be computer literate.
Will train a bright beginner with office experience.
Benefits include medical, 401k, profit sharing, vacation, etc. Optional dental.
Hours are 8:30-5:00, monday to friday.
