Customer Service Representatives
Immediate openings for experience CS professionals (multiple openings) This growing Concord based Company is seeking experienced Customer Service Reps.
for multiple positions (11-8, 8-5 and 9-6 shifts available).
These are Temp-Hire positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for inbound telephone, e-mail and mail customer inquiries regarding a broad range of information.
2. Maintain a current, working knowledge of all company products and service offerings.
3. Respond to, and if appropriate resolve customer disputes and/or complaints in a timely, tactful, and professional manner.
4. Perform research and follow-up as necessary on routine inquiries received from customers.
5. Perform out-bound due diligence calls as needed.
6. Assume additional Clerical responsibilities as required.
Desired Skills High School Education (some college helpful) and 1+ yrs. Customer Service experience.
Ability to apply acquired business skills and general office procedures, basic math, business English and data entry.
Salaries range from $12-$14.
50 hourly based on experience.
