Responsibilities: The Customer Support Representative III (CSR III) will provide Primary level Support to customers of the assigned product suite while providing excellent customer service.

A CSR III support professional will work directly with the support team and management to provide Best Practices/Knowledge Transfer to other Service CSRs.

The responsibility of a CSR is to work with the defined Customer/Product Suite on daily questions and issues, and follow them to complete resolution.

A CSR III will be expected to have a broader knowledge base ' traversing multiple Customers / Products in addition acting as a leader among his/her peers.

The CSR III will provide leadership, informal training and guidance to CSR I's and II's and may fill in for a Supervisor or Manager as required.

Serve as the customer's primary point of contact and consultant for incident notification and ownership regardless of contact method (call, email, customer-facing online tool.

) ' Provide effective support of customer and relationship through weekly/ bi-weekly / as needed Service Request (SR) status meetings conducted with Customer.

' Act as the internal point of contact for incident notification and ownership for more complex Customers and / Products.

' Track all interactions within the Oracle Core tracking tool through the entry or updating of a SR. ' Perform all research, analysis and isolation of customer incidents that can be responded to with straight forward, repeatable triage without referral or escalation.

' Immediately routes SR to the Enhanced Team if transaction is not resolved in the First Call Resolution process or easily resolved without referral or escalation.

' Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) compliance and Operational Level Agreements (OLA).

' Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers broadening the reach both vertically (Management level and above) and horizontally (inter-departmentally) ' Provide troubleshooting and communication with the assistance of the Knowledge Base Tool ' Provide reliable, quick, consistent responses in a 24X7 environment ' Act as the customers' advocate, providing tailored service to the Customer when appropriate.

' Must completed VeriSign Product Certifications and VeriSign Soft Skill certifications ' Assist in identifying training opportunities and/or process improvement within the Primary team.

' Display Product / Customer expertise with every interaction ' Display consistent professional demeanor and alacrity when addressing all interactions both internally and externally ' May be appointed as a Lead in a team environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from four-year College or university; and/or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two to Four years Customer Service Experience.

Experience in Telecommunications industry experience a major plus.
