Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Must have Media Industry Experience ( Advertising Agency, Media Rep firm, Broadcast, etc.) Primary responsibilities: Answer, evaluate and prioritize client inquiries and problems Interview clients to collect information about their problems or inquiries; lead clients through diagnostic procedures toward a resolution Log and track incidents via a management database; maintain history records and related problem documentation Consult with product developers and technical groups to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs Test new features on software releases Participate in onsite training and support with clients Create and maintain relationships with other internal departments as well as our client base Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years related business experience Knowledge of advertising industry Must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, and communicate clearly.
Must demonstrate ability to organize and multitask Project management and timely follow up skills necessary to prioritize client demands Strong customer service skills required.
