Customer Service Representative
No relocation is offered for this position, Las Vegas residents only need apply.

If you are that person, apply now. This position will be filled ASAP! General Summary: Responsible for building quality customer relationships and solving customer issues "real-time" while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions: Provide superior product and service information to current customers Troubleshoot customer problems in order to resolve customer concerns on the first call Make outbound calls for customer follow-up and customer care Respond to written inquiries as assigned ( mail and/or e-mail) Meet Center performance standards for: Calls monitored Available time Schedule adherence Others as documented for the Center Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personality Traits: Excellent telephone service skills Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays Show resiliency in challenging situations Display a professional demeanor in all situations Contribute as a team member and actively participate at all times Openness to creativity Ability to multi-task Demonstrate ability to solve customer issues and prevent escalating situations Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years service experience desired Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations Telecom, sales, or repair experience preferred
