Customer Service Representative
Bilingual (English/Spanish)Customer Service Rep needed to join our fast-paced growing Company!! Mission: - Manage and maintain our client's needs and desires at or above satisfactory levels in a timely manner, while adhering to MiCash's goals and policies.
Responsibilities: - Receive inbound client inquiries and service related questions and issues.
- Deliver outbound calls to clients to resolve issues at the direction of the Customer Service Manager.
- Maintain client contact information, inquiry and problem resolution status, etc. - Data entry of customer information including service issues and resolutions.
- Assist with Telemarketing on an as needed basis.
- Monitor and manage the third party call centers at the direction of the Customer Service Manager.
Goals: - Maintain or exceed satisfactory customer service quality standards.
- Maintain or exceed satisfactory customer service response time.
- Maintain or exceed satisfactory customer service telephone greeting time.
Background and Skills: - 3 5 years of experience working in a customer service or customer communications industry.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bilingual, English and Spanish.
