Customer Service Desk Manager
Position Title: Customer Service Desk Manager Duration: Temp - Perm (possible direct hire) Location: Ft. Huachuca, AZ Citizenship: US Clearance: Secret PROJECT OVERVIEW: Defines, designs and develops system requirements.
Performs trade-off analyses of performance, life-cycle cost, risk, producibility, and other system or program requirements.
Assesses architecture and current hardware limitations, defines and designs system specifications, and evaluates input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
Defines system support requirements.
Analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.
Conducts independent technical investigations in systems design.
Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the Network Operations Customer Service desk operations; reviews and enforces service level agreements; generates end-user surveys to solicit input from the user community; reviews skill levels and skill mix of help desk staff and coordinates training; coordinates rotation schedule of staff; and reports on help desk status with metrics to management.
REQUIRED: 5 years experience DESIRED: Bachelor's degree in IT Operating Systems: Windows 2003
