Customer Service: Copy Center/ Mailroom Specialist Washington, DC Post Description IKON currently has an opening for a Copy Center/Mailroom Clerk to work at a customer site in Washington, DC. This position will be responsible for copy, mail, and shipping services.

Will also be responsible for answering phones and providing customer service.

Primary Duties include: ·Perform copy, mail, fax and shipping support ·Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person ·Pick-up, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail ·Perform copy functions and quality control ·Pack and prepare boxes for shipping ·Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner ·Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs ·Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and take initiative.

Must be a team player.

Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.

Previous copy center/mail room experience preferred but not required.
