Customer Service/Call Center Representative - Part-Time Flexible Schedule Ariat International, Inc., located in Union City, California, is a fast-paced, growing manufacturer/wholesale distributor of footwear, apparel, belts and small leather accessories.
As our international and domestic markets continue to grow, we are expanding Customer Service Department.
We are seeking an individual to join our Call Center.
As the first point of contact for customers this position requires someone with strong verbal communication and listening skills.
As calls are received, you will be responsible for assisting customers with basic questions, such as: order status, stock availability, pricing, retail store locations.
As warranted, you will direct issues to the appropriate Account Manager, Sales Representative or others within Ariat.
In addition, you will provide assistance with processing orders and returns, provide support to Account Managers and the Sales Force and provide assistance as requested for special projects.
Flexibility, a team spirit, attention to details and the ability to expedite incoming calls professionally and accurately are all necessary skills.
You will also be required to prepare written communications to customers, process incoming paperwork, and update Ariat's database.
