Customer Service Associate (Copy) West Los Angeles, CA

We offer on-site management of correspondence and high-volume production mail, reprographics, facsimile, records, desktop publishing, electronic documents, print-on-demand, as well as print and business recovery solutions.
PBMS is currently seeking full time copy associate candidates who are customer service and career-minded; and, who are able to work in a fast paced production environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer, including binding, hole punching, stapling and non-technical maintenance of the copiers.
· Complete job tickets with minimum instructions.
· Schedule individual jobs and determine which equipment should be used based on size and complexity.
· Troubleshoot jams and perform normal key operator preventative maintenance on machines.
· Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels.
· Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommend technical direction.
· Keep accurate meter reads when required.
· Maintain knowledge through formal training and independent study of the operations manuals.
· Make deliveries as appropriate.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred · Minimum of 1year customer service related experience preferred · Minimum of 1 year demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area (Reprographics) · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written · Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment · Competency in performing multiple functional tasks · Ability to meet employer's attendance policy · Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills · Lifting up to 40 pounds · Standing for long periods of time · Significant walking · A valid drivers license with a clean driving record are required for some positions
