Customer Service And Affiliate Manager
We are a small, rapidly growing startup in San Jose with a new approach to online payments.
The company is rapidly acquiring customers and we are looking for somebody to be a key early-hire to manage our customer support and affiliate relations efforts.
We are seeking someone with a strong customer service ethic and excellent attention to detail who is looking to grow and be challenged in a startup environment.
Above all we are looking for ability and willingness to learn over experience.
Description - Resolve customer support issues and escalate cases when necessary - Independently manage affiliate partners and associated data - Optimize marketing placement for featured affiliates - Document common questions posed by customers - Expand the FAQ/Knowledge Base used by all customers - Internal product testing of affiliate promotions Requirements - 1-2yrs of customer support experience preferred (including any internships or part-time campus jobs) - Ability to respond promptly and thoroughly to support inquiries received via telephone, email and instant messenger - Excellent knowledge of Instant Message Clients (AIM, Yahoo.
), MS Office, Internet Explorer, Firefox, FTP clients.
SSH skills a plus.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with impeccable English and grammar kills - Attention to detail and time management are a must - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities - Some linux experience a plus - Experience with affiliate programs (if any) is a big plus - Foreign language experience (particularly European and Asian languages) is a big plus.
