Customer Relations Representative Support Services Department Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) – Answer incoming calls, letters, emails, and faxes from Stores and Customers.
– Work as a Customer advocate when dealing with Retail Center Management teams to resolve Customer concerns.
– Log all calls using a call management system.
– Work closely with all Lab, Distribution Center, and District Management Associates.
– Resolve issues through proper research.
– Inform Field Management of Customer issues and work with Field Staff to resolve.
– Job requires use of phone all day. Call volume between 45-60 calls per day. – Position also requires taking Store Support calls that include; researching manifest/receiving errors, locating discontinued frames, checking ETAs for non-stocking contact lenses, etc. Skills / Requirements: – Strong verbal communication skills are a must.
– Must be highly organized and able to multi task in a high stress environment.
– Must have excellent phone etiquette.
– Must be able to work as a team as well as independently.
– Must be proactive in resolving issues.
– Must have excellent written skills.
– This position requires a people-oriented attitude! – Technical background is a plus.
– 1 to 2 years previous customer relations and/or call center experience a plus.
