Critical Accounts Manager
Critical Accounts Manager - CAP (Critical Accounts Program) Juniper is looking for a proven leader with uncompromising passion for Customer Success.
Commitment to drive customer loyalty focused on fortune 500 Enterprises and top Service Providers.
Responsibilities include: - Engagement with 3-5 Strategic Customers at any given time who are faced with challenges in deployment and operation of IP based solutions.
- Rapid assessment and understanding of customer challenges on the Technical and Business front.
- Formulate get well plans to address customer issues - Identify and secure cross-functional resources - Project Management of JCAP to achieve Customer Success Work Experience: - B.
S with 4-6 years of customer service and/or sales experience in IP Networking environment.
- Strong understanding of networking and security product applications.
- Strong Understanding of Customers Network Operations Environment - Understanding of Support Strategies to develop high availability solutions for large, mission critical networks.
- Critical Account and Crisis Management experience Required Skills: - Must demonstrate abilities in Project Management, customer relations and retention, negotiation, and support operations.
- Ability to work with sales organization, systems engineers, Product Development, Quality, and various Customer Service functions.
- Team player with Hands on approach, Practical experience in managing by influence.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
