37. 5 Hours Key responsibilities may include: · Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels and other items to customers within established timeframes and service standards · Driving a cargo van for package pick up and delivery · Perform mailroom/shipping & receiving functions, including operating a desktop computer, mail machine, manual pallet jack, hand trucks & floats, processing incoming'outgoing mail/packages using PB and other vendor equipment · Lift large bundles of mail, packages.

· Pickup and deliver time-sensitive/confidential, urgent packages or mail · Participate in cross-training as required to learn other aspects of the business · Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude · Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment · Take direction from Site manager or team lead · Maintain all vehicle logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail · Adhere to all safety procedures · Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic regulations/policies PBMS provides on-the-job training and structured training classes.

QualificationsPBMS is currently seeking Full-time associates who are customer service oriented, career-minded, and able to work in a fast paced production environment.

The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: ·A valid driver's license with a clean driving record required ·Willingness to drive a Company cargo van required ·High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required ·Minimum of six months customer service related experience required ·Minimum of six months experience in a mail center or shipping/receiving environment preferred ·Ability to effectively operate a manual pallet jack, hand truck and float a plus ·Microsoft Office skills required, Lotus Notes preferred ·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written ·Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment ·Competency multi-tasking ·Ability to meet employer's attendance policy ·Lifting up to 55 pounds ·Standing for long periods of time ·Significant walking ·Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
