Cosmetic Counter Manager Overview: Cosmetics is one of the most vibrant and fast paced departments in our stores.
Macy's Northwest relies heavily on our Counter Managers to keep the customer's shopping experience fresh and new everyday through superior customer service and product knowledge.
Key Accountabilities: To help keep the shopping experience exciting and fresh we ask that our Counter Managers - Display excellent customer service skills Attend vendor seminars Display exceptional team building skills Communicate daily with buyers and vendors Provide constructive feedback to Beauty Advisors on a regular basis Drive business through strong clientele and customer service skills Ensure that counter meets sales and credit goals.
Skills Summary: A successful Counter Manager with Macy's Northwest is one that has among other things - strong interpersonal and communications skills, strong organizational skills, previous cosmetics and management experience, strong team building skills and a passion for the cosmetics industry.
