As a Recovery Specialist, you will focus on finding people and negotiating payment on defaulted student loans, or when people have fallen out of repayment programs.
To be successful in this position you need 3+ years genenal work experience dealing with people, such as telephone sales, customer service, business or consumer debt collection experience, etc. Solid negotiation and communication skills; ability to stay salm and control/guide the conversation Internally motivated and goal driven: this is a commission and performance based environment A good work ethic with enthusiasm Self disciplined to plan your work Previous collections experience a plus AA/AS Degree a plus MUST possess High School diploma GED AND be free of defaulted student loans, state or federal liens In return for doing your best every day, we offer competitive pay, a fun yet professional work environment and career advancement opportunities.
