MEDICAL COLLECTORS/DIALERS Low Claims: Collection Representatives - Full Time · Works on automated dialer 95% of their scheduled hours.
· Reviews, analyzes and takes appropriate action on a daily basis for all calls or correspondence.
· Answer high call volume on a daily basis with the intent to collect payment or resolve the account.
· Use tact and diplomacy with interacting with customer calls, must adhere to the FDCPA and HIPPA regulations · Documents accurate information on the calls · Interfaces professionally with other departments as needed · Other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor · Overall attitude must remain pleasant, informative and courteous · Constantly provide excellent customer service to all customer calls Skills and education requirements: · Good communication skills both written and verbal, bilingual is a plus, but not required.
· Excellent attendance · 1-year experience in a call center or in healthcare environment · Minimum of 4500 keystrokes per hour · Ability to cope in fast paced environment · Basic knowledge of proper grammar, math and calculator usage Monday Thursday 12PM 9PM & Friday 10AM-7PM WITH every other Saturday required.
Salary Range - $10.00-$12.00 per hour (based on experience) MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING.
CAN NOT HAVE A FELONY.
We are Located in NORTH WEST AUSTIN
