Business Analyst
Business Analyst As an Analyst you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding professional services to Parature's customers.
You will ensure customer satisfaction and drive projects to completion throughout the product deployment, implementation and configuration lifecycle.
An ideal candidate will enjoy applying analytical problem solving and creativity to provide solutions with Parature's software.
Job Responsibilities: Driving projects to completion performing customer deployments Proactively taking ownership and pride in client implementations Applying best practices and lessons learned to improve team processes and methodologies Effective and on time completion of client projects which meet and often exceed client expectations Required Skills/Experience: BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with ease Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies Willingness to travel About our Culture At Parature, we work hard and have fun at the same time.
