Bridal Consultant
Bridal Consultant Overview: Provides the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge and building quality bridal registrations that result in increased sales.
Key Accountabilities: Develops strong partnership with Tabletop Department, Vendors, Sales Associates Maintains strong product knowledge to include participating in Bridal events and shows Establishes and maintains strong working relationship with Bridal couple Guides couple through the bridal registration process using advanced knowledge of home store merchandise with specific attention to lifestyle and entertaining needs.
Understands and maintains department standards regarding equipment, scanners, supplies.
Markets in-store promotional events to Brides and Parents.
Assists Bridal party and guests with Bridal Registry service.
Follows up with Bride regarding questions and issues.
Achieves plans for sales, credit, registrations, completion.
Ensures compliance with Company standards on loss prevention, security and safety.
Skills Summary: 4 year college degree preferred Demonstrated retail sales experience Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent customer service skills PC proficiency Strong organizational skills to include managing multiple projects with particular attention to detail and follow-through Flexible to support retail hours Office skills Macy's is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
