This company provides money transfer services between the United States and much of Latin America.
As the United States is home to increasingly larger immigrant communities, the need has grown for a reliable, efficient way to send a substantial portion of their earnings to their families in other countries.
Ideal candidates possess: Experience in the banking/financial industry and/or significant cash handling customer service experience.
Excellent administrative abilities, including knowledge of general office equipment and PC skills.
Prove customer service background including problem resolution.
An EXCELLENT credit history.
Professional speaking and writing abilities in both English and Spanish.
A record of punctuality, strong work ethic, strong basic math skills, team player.
Candidates must be willing to: Work weekends (usually days off are during the week) work flexible schedules (branches are open 7 days a week from 8:30-6:30) go through an extensive background check that includes State/Federal Criminal, Employment Verification, Education Verification, Credit History, Driving Records, Drug Screen, Social Security Verification.
Position Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be Spanish/English Bilingual.
Cash handling experience required.
