Account Manager

The Account Manager will be in charge of managing, selling and customer service of the existing client base.
My client provides reliable data protection to over 7,000 clients worldwide including Financial and health care organizations.
Companies that are serious about protecting their business-critical data will choose my client as they are the leader in their space.
Must have a 4 year degree! Must have 1-2 years of sales/client service/Account Management experience.
Ability to handle customer issues and resolve in a timely manner.
Ability to upsell customers on new products and services.
