Position Purpose Provide customized products for customers.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Examine specifications of order using blueprints, drawings, and/or work orders, to determine characteristics of finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup requirements.

Fabricate work piece as determined by work order specifications.

Examine work piece visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Years of Relevant Work Experience- 2 Certificates/Licenses - Physical Job Requirements - Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

Additional Qualifications - Preferred Qualifications Ability to be responsible for safe operation of fab shop equipment.

Ability to be responsible for filling all fab orders including rebar, thread and bolt orders.

Ability to maintain and repair rental equipment and hardware.

Ability to receive, assemble, and test new concrete equipment.

Ability to maintain all tiltups before shipment.

Ability to operate fab shop equipment including bolt threaders, bandsaws, and metal cutters.

Ability to occasionally loads and unloads trucks.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the fabrication of custom products.
