Tempe Manager-in-Training
Construction Manager-in-Training We have an outstanding opportunity for a degreed professional with a couple/few years of construction and/or home building experience under their belt.
Our new MIT program is a strict 9-12 month ciriculum that will train associates on every aspect of our business from production to materials and service.
Once the program is finished this MIT will transition into a departmental-level type of manager.

After training is complete we need someone that is willing to move (within a region) to accept a promotion.
Relocation may even be required for the training piece.
- Bachelor's degree is construction or business is preferred - Solid work ethic with applicable experience - Prior supervisory or managerial experience is very helpful - Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite - Hands-on experience in home-builing is preferred Responsibilities (after training) - Oversight of the production and planning program for a specific factory - Supervision of a team of approximately 10-20+ associates - Contract negotiation with suppliers and vendors - Resource planning for production line - Quality assurance thorugout the build process - Other projects as needed by the GM and corp office All of our managers are grown within the company and that has helped us to create a culture that rewards tenure and hard work.
