Purchasing Agent: Design Tech Homes
Design Tech Homes - a build-on-your-lot Custom Builder is recruiting for a experienced Purchasing Agent.
Our qualified Purchasing Agent will be responsible for: Procurement of bids through administration of bid solicitation process.
Evaluation of bids and pricing.
Provide valuable support to our Construction Teams.
Researching accounts for proper payment to Vendors and Contractors.
Managing Purchasing bid system.
Administrate account reconciliation.
Requirements Requires advanced knowledge of homebuilding practices.
Extensive knowledge of the current Microsoft Suite, including Word & Excel.
Experience with Accounting/Ordering software and data-entry.
Outstanding math and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills along with excellent written communication skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and thorough follow-up.
Excellent research ability.
Ability to make quick competent decisions in a fast-paced environment with an acute sense of urgency.
