Office Services Representative: Double Rock Corporation
Responsible for delivery and pickup of mail throughout the organization.
Perform office maintenance and upkeep (daily, weekly and monthly checklist) of all three Double Rock floors.
Assist in the production of product books and board books when necessary.
As an Office Service Representative will perform the following duties: Inventory (Office Supplies) Tracking and ordering all office supplies Inventory (fulfillment) Tracking and ordering envelopes and letterhead Pickup and delivery of mail to all Double Rock floors Coordinate pickup and delivery of boxes to the storage facility Daily Fulfillment mailing for Double Rock products Assist in the production of product books Assist in the production of board books Tracking pieces mailed for fulfillment Logging all overnight packages Tracking maintenance of all fax and copy machines Respond to internal inquiries sent to Office Service email Maintain check list Daily, Weekly, Monthly Track Data Center maintenance Coordinate new ids for employees Help coordinate catering when needed Be proactive and generate new ideas for improvement Exhibit professional demeanor in all interactions Identify clients needs and solve problems effectively Assist in special projects as required Requirements: At least 1 year of related experience Knowledge of Word and Excel Knowledge of PC driven automated mailing systems (UPS, FED Express) Knowledge of mailroom equipment (Postage meter, folder/inserted etc) Experience with various copiers and fax machines preferred Must be a team player with an excellent customer service record and a proactive attitude Demonstrates the ability to influence, drive and manage change Listens and responds appropriately to others Speaks and writes clearly and concisely Reliable and punctual Work overtime hours as required.
