Office Services Manager
Office Services Manager for Oracle Corporation - Costa Mesa, CA ORACLE USA, INC. Office Services Manager - Costa Mesa, CA ________________________________________________________________________ Brief Description Office Services Manager to manage office services support of the Costa Mesa facility in accordance with Oracle's guidelines.
Detailed Description As Office Services Manager you will interface with other Oracle managers, staff, and external customers/vendors overseeing lease negotiations, lease terms and rent commencements; capture and process monthly expenses; maintain lease documentation; coordinate multi-site moves.
You will also be responsible for space management, rent checks, variable payments, PO management, funding approvals, and overall site expenses.
Addionally, the Office Services Manager functions as team lead regarding property manager enhancement requests.
Preferred Requirements Minimum 5 years prior facilities management or assistant property management experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Must be willing to function as after hours contact for facilities emergencies and be accessible via phone or pager.
