National Facilities Manager
Position Summary The National Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the regional Facility Managers across the Fujifilm locations.
The position is also responsible for national purchasing contracts and initiatives, providing guidance on the regional facilities purchasing programs, facility related issues and office relocation projects, and coordinating and implementing office guidelines and restacking.
Position Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and directing the operation and management of Fujifilm headquarters and regional offices in the United States.
Manage facilities' expense and capital purchases.
Provide direction to regional managers in developing and managing their budgets.
Coordinate and supervise facility relocations, expansions, and reorganizations.
Assist with site selection and space planning.
Work with architects and project managers to select, order, and install furnishings and equipment.
Develop Procurement and Operation Services' Diversity goal and implement initiative nationally for POS. Advance the accountability of regional management and support services staff.
Work with ESA to develop SOP's in conjunction with ISO 14001.
Supervise recycling of office products and waste.
Travel within the United States required.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
