Land Planner / Landscape Architect - Construction / Engineering / Development
Land Planner / Landscape Architect - Master Planned Community Development / Design Land Planner / Landscape Architect Design / Entitlement / Environmental We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual with 3-7 years experience in land planning and urban design with residential, mixed-use and recreational projects.
The ideal individual would have experience in the preparation of conceptual land use and detailed site plans to include conceptual grading studies.
Must posses the abilities to prepare entitlement documents such as Specific Plans, PUDs, Design guides, and review permit packages / environmental documents for both Federal and State regulatory issues; with emphasis on Wetland Studies.
Candidates must have the abilities to act as a project manager for projects; interacting daily with clients and regulatory agencies on all issues related to project scopes.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires a degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Planning.
Must have demonstrated project skills and abilities to use graphical software systems.
ALSA, AICP or RLA certification a plus for consideration.
