Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative El Ad Properties is seeking a highly qualified candidate with extensive background in management of high end condominiums.
Candidate should possess a strong understanding of high-end residential finishes and building systems in condominium conversions and new construction.
Duties will include but not be limited to: Acting as a liaison between buyers and developer during punch list completion phase.
Creating and implementing communication standards between buyers and developer.
Creating and implementing buyers "Welcome Packages".
Candidate must be extremely reliable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of condominium offering plans is a plus.
