Construction Manager - NYC

Hill International is presently seeking experienced Construction Managers to support a NYC agency in renovations, additions and new construction of its buildings JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide construction management services.
Conduct pre construction services.
Coordinate with the general contractor on construction issues.
Interact with the client only a daily basis.
Conduct daily and weekly progress meetings.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Four year college degree is preferred.
Minimum five years construction management experience is required.
Knowledge of NYC construction codes is preferred.
Must be knowledgeable of construction software tools.
The ability to work flexible work schedules is a must.
